How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-wear orders show the estimated delivery window at checkout. Made-to-measure items usually take 7 to 14 days.
Can I save my measurements?
Yes. Sign in, open Account, then Measurements. Saved measurements can be reused for future made-to-measure orders.
Can I return custom pieces?
Custom and made-to-measure pieces are final sale unless they arrive defective or do not match the measurements you provided.
Which payment methods do you support?
The storefront supports card payments and available checkout options shown at payment step, including cash on delivery where enabled.
